The School is always grateful to receive offers of help. In particular, we value the commitment you make to attending events, including those in which your daughter/ward may not directly be involved.
Your comments, thoughts and news are also appreciated and welcomed. Some parents have particular knowledge related to specific topics studied at school and we are always pleased to welcome parents into school to share this knowledge and expertise.
Each form in Cadogan House has a parent representative who attends regular meetings with the Head of Cadogan House, where general matters and any concerns can be aired. These meetings also act as an effective message service.
Form parents often arrange social events for parents within a year group and these have often resulted in strong friendships being formed between families.
We also ask for parental help at special events, on visits and in certain practical lessons. However, please be aware that for reasons of Health and Safety, parents will not be able to accompany their daughter’s year group on any visits outside School.
Parent volunteers man the weekly Pre-Prep library session and parent help is also much appreciated for early morning shared reading groups. If you would like to find out more about how to volunteer for roles such as these, please speak to Mrs Faulder in the School Office.
